In a remote mountain valley, where the journey begins on regular roads to Junik, then continues with a 4×4 vehicle, and finally up the mountain via a snowcat, we find an isolated lodge. This is where the adventure begins: every day, we take the Cat up into the mountains, where miles of runs through forests, alpine bowls, and open mountain slopes await. It’s a trip where nature and skiing take center stage—and where the feeling of being “alone in the mountains” is complete.

The tour is for experienced skiers and snowboarders who are used to off-piste and deep snow. You don’t need to have touring experience, but you should be able to handle varied terrain and be in good physical shape.
The Catskies give us access to plenty of terrain with no ascents, but some short hikes may occur. The focus is on getting as much skiing as possible – and enjoying the mountains in their raw and untouched form.

Transportation
The most direct route to Catskiing in Kosovo is via Pristina airport, which is in Kosovo.
Otherwise, it’s also possible to fly to North Macedonia or Albania and find a transfer from there.

Flights from Europe to Kosovo
Flights from Copenhagen to Pristina (PRN)
From Pristina Airport, it’s approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes’ drive to Junik.
You can also fly to Skopje Airport, which is about a 3-hour transfer to Junik.
In addition, it is also possible to fly to Tirana Airport with a transfer of approximately 4 hours.

Safety & Guides
Safety is always in focus on our tours. Our local mountain guides are certified and have extensive experience in the area. They know the snow conditions and choose the best and safest routes every day. All participants must bring avalanche safety equipment, including beeper, shovel and probe.
Passport and visa
It is very important that the information in your passport matches what is on your ticket. No visa is required to enter the country.
Extra info
If you're from Europe and the Nordics, they use the same 220v plugs in Kazakhstan, so there's no need for an adapter.
